We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Part-Time Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence, strengthen brand awareness, and engage our communities across multiple platforms.
Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and managing content for both Florida Financial Advisors and Greatness Lab. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking and understands how to build engagement through authentic storytelling and consistent brand messaging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Create engaging graphics, reels, short-form videos, and written content
- Manage social media accounts across platforms including:
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations
- Repurpose podcast, webinar, event, and educational content into social media assets
- Collaborate with leadership to highlight company culture, client success stories, events, and thought leadership
- Stay current on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of social media management experience
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience creating short-form video content and graphics
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content strategy
- Proficiency with Canva and scheduling platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience supporting financial services, coaching, consulting, or professional services brands
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategies and personal branding
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms
- Basic photography and videography skills
