Role Description This part-time, on-site Pharmaceutical Sales Executive role is based in Miami, FL. The individual in this position will build and maintain relationships with independent pharmacies, hospitals, veterinary clinics, surgical centers, and long-term care facilities, promoting COG Pharma’s portfolio of FDA-approved medications and medical supplies. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new accounts, conducting sales visits and product presentations, managing pricing discussions, and coordinating orders with internal operations to ensure timely delivery. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and providing transparent status updates on inventory and fulfillment. The Pharmaceutical Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to support compliant distribution practices and deliver responsive, solution-oriented service to clients. 30% commission on all orders created.
Qualifications
- Must have active accounts verifiable.
Sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to present complex product information clearly to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, regulatory compliance (FDA, DEA), and basic healthcare industry practices.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to track leads, activities, and sales performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, including regular visits to local and regional healthcare facilities.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or healthcare services is highly beneficial.
