About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist executes and optimizes acquisition programs across paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and conversion-focused web experiences. The role turns audience insights and campaign data into qualified traffic, leads, and measurable revenue impact.
You will work with demand generation, content, product marketing, sales, and design to launch campaigns, improve funnel performance, and maintain a consistent digital presence across B2B and B2C technology audiences. The role is remote and based in Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, email, and retargeting channels
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture journeys, and conversion paths using tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, WordPress, or similar platforms
- Monitor GA4, Google Search Console, CRM, and marketing automation data to report on traffic, MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements, technical recommendations, internal linking, and content optimization
- Create campaign briefs, email copy, ad variations, social posts, and performance reports in partnership with content and creative teams
- Run A/B tests across audience targeting, messaging, creative, landing pages, and calls to action; document results and apply learnings
- Maintain campaign tracking standards, including UTM governance, pixels, tags, and dashboard accuracy across digital channels
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a technology, SaaS, agency, or high-growth environment
- Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, a CRM, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
- Comfort analyzing campaign performance using spreadsheets, dashboards, and funnel metrics; strong attention to data quality
- Strong written communication and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with Looker Studio, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, HTML/CSS, SQL, marketing attribution, or B2B SaaS demand generation
