About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist executes measurable acquisition and engagement programs across paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and web analytics for a technology business.
The role turns audience insights into campaigns, landing pages, and content that improve qualified traffic, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. It partners with content, product marketing, sales, and design to move prospects through the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, email, and organic search
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, email journeys, and conversion paths using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
- Monitor campaign performance in GA4, Google Search Console, advertising platforms, and CRM dashboards; report on traffic, MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO audits, technical content optimization, and search performance analysis
- Coordinate the content calendar across blog, social, email, and downloadable assets, ensuring accurate messaging and on-time delivery
- Run A/B tests on ad creative, subject lines, calls to action, landing pages, and audience segments
- Maintain campaign documentation, UTM standards, reporting workflows, and relationships with freelance or agency partners
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B or B2C technology environment
- Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and marketing funnels
- Experience with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or Marketo, Google Search Console, and spreadsheets or BI dashboards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret channel performance and turn findings into specific optimization actions
- Clear writing and editing skills for ads, email campaigns, landing pages, social posts, and campaign briefs
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Looker Studio, Ahrefs or SEMrush, HTML/CSS, lifecycle marketing, or experimentation platforms
