Prime Baths and Home Solutions of Illinois is adding two Design Consultants in Naperville, IL. Pay runs $100,000 to $250,000 per year. You need real in-home selling experience, because you will walk into set appointments with homeowners who asked to see you, design a bathroom remodel on the spot, and close it in one sitting.

Who You Are:

You are a closer who builds value instead of applying pressure.
You take pride in a presentation that answers the homeowner's question before they ask it.
You keep score, and you want to be at the top of the board.
You believe coaching makes you sharper, and you go looking for it.
You bring strong communication and presentation skills.
You bring reliable transportation and show up looking like someone a homeowner trusts inside their house.

Who We Are:

We remodel bathrooms for homeowners in and around Naperville.
We stand on professionalism and reliability, so customers know they picked the right contractor.
We hand our Design Consultants scheduled appointments instead of cold lists.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners.
Scope the bathroom and build the solution on site.
Present pricing clearly and answer objections honestly.
Close the sale in the appointment.
Sharpen your presentation using our in-home sales training platform.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

Pay of $100,000 to $250,000 per year, commission based.
Full-time, onsite, working in customer homes. Evening and weekend availability required.
Consistent appointment flow, so you sell instead of prospect.
A sales system and training platform built for in-home selling, not repurposed from a slide deck.
A manager who supports the sales team and does not micromanage.

Next Steps:
If you are ready to design and sell bathroom remodels as a Design Consultant, apply and we will set up a first conversation.
