Job Description: We are seeking a creative and experienced Floral Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, the ability to create stunning arrangements that exceed customer expectations, and prior history working in floral design. All applicants should include examples of past floral design work by attaching individual photos, or providing us with a gallery link.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, funerals, holidays, and daily orders.
- Recreate floral arrangements for various occasions based on reference photos from our menu and website.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are readily available and in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- In-depth knowledge of floral design techniques, flower varieties, and floral care.
- Creativity and artistic ability, with a strong sense of color, design, and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting arrangements.

Position Summary: Manage day-to-day design responsibilities, maintain shop readiness, and deliver quality floral work while working independently for portions of the day.
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
