We’re seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions that drive results.
- Present and sell company products/services to new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns and projects.
- Track account performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Handle renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities within your accounts.
Qualifications- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive base salary ($55,000 – $70,000) plus performance-based bonuses and commissions.
