We are working with a Private Equity group from an established local asset manager to help them find a Private Equity Associate to join their team.
This person will support the private equity team by evaluating equity co-investments, performing industry, market and company-specific research, prepare financial models and investment memorandums, and source private equity funds.
We are looking for an extremely ambitious candidate that has demonstrated a history of achievement deal experience, exhibits excellent written and oral communication, has a passion for investments and markets and a strong drive to succeed.
Ideal sector experience includes: technology, healthcare, industrials and financial services.

Responsibilities
- Support Private Equity team in evaluating equity co-investments and funds.
- Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research.
- Prepare financial models, investment memorandums, and valuation analyses.
- Assist in market mapping and sourcing private equity funds.
- Monitor existing portfolio companies and funds.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in finance or accounting (preferred) with 2 years of experience in investment banking experience.
- A history of achievement in past professional and academic experiences.
- Exceptional analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
