Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-impact projects in process and IT consulting, primarily in the automotive sector
- Support team leaders in shaping the strategic direction of the Business Field, Innovation, and Optimization
- Assist with various project areas, including management and IT consulting, as well as SAP solution implementation and process adaptation
- Help design and implement innovative solutions based on industry best practices
- Commit to ongoing learning and development in consulting skills and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Willing and able to attend in-person training at our Atlanta office
- Previous internship or work experience in consulting preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience preferred
Percentage of required travel: up to 10%
Physical requirements:
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.

The salary range for this role is $70,000- $80,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
