The Chief of Staff is the COO’s right hand — a process optimizer, system builder, and force multiplier. Ideal for a high-potential operator who wants to help scale a national mobile care organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive key strategic initiatives across regions and service lines
- Build operational dashboards and track KPIs for leadership
- Lead cross-functional projects such as an EMR implementation, inventory tracking reconciliation, and more
- Refine workflows across scheduling, recruiting, dispatch, and coordination Support org design, OKRs, and performance tracking
Success Metrics:
- Strategic initiative execution velocity and impact
- Cycle time reductions across workflows (onboarding, lab, scheduling)
- Dashboard adoption and KPI accuracy
- Support for net service retention and reduced operational defects
What You Bring:
- 3–7 years in ops, consulting, healthtech, or strategy
- An ability to address problems with a first-principles approach, and ability to simplify
- Analytical, systems-focused, Excel/PowerPoint/PM tool savvy
- Excellent communicator across C-suite and field levels
- Bonus: Experience in mobile healthcare, EHRs, or SNF/PACE
