The Opportunity
We’re seeking a PIM Molding Designer who is excited to grow their career alongside the owner and leadership team. This is an excellent fit for:

- A recent engineering or manufacturing graduate with internship experience who wants to deepen their skills.
You’ll not only design molds but also get involved in machine troubleshooting, machining improvements, and have the opportunity to explore other parts of the business based on your interests.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop injection molds to support customer and production needs.
- Assist with troubleshooting molding machines (Haas, Mills, Cincinnati Roboshot, Sodick).
- Identify and implement improvements in machining methods and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and explore new areas of responsibility as desired.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with mold design, machining, or plastics manufacturing OR an engineering/manufacturing degree with relevant internship experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow.
- Hands-on mindset and ability to work closely with machines and tooling.
- A team player eager to contribute in a smaller, growth-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
