What You’ll Do:
- Greet every guest like family and own their experience from the moment they step into the showroom
- Match each rider with the Harley that fits their style, needs, and dreams
- Lead the test ride process — bring the experience to life
- Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions)
- Enter every up into the Traffic Log — no exceptions
- Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily and monthly performance goals
- Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism, excitement, and purpose
- Stay active on the floor, be present, and chase every opportunity
