- Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
