Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Cyber Staff Synchronization Officer (SSO) to provide high-level support to the Army G-8. This position is a contingent hire role for a contract we are bidding on requiring expertise in cyber capability integration, JCIDS, and acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis and staff support for Army cyber system integration and portfolio management.
- Support the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process and DoDI 5000.2 acquisition activities for cyber capabilities.
- Prepare and review capability development documents, acquisition strategies, and resourcing recommendations.
- Develop and deliver Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and SPAR products aligned with Army cyber requirements.
- Coordinate with Army HQDA staff, PEOs, and PMs to synchronize cyber capability requirements, resourcing, and integration.
- Draft and present decision materials, briefings, and reports to senior Army leadership.
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting tools to support recurring portfolio reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Demonstrated experience with JCIDS documentation and DoDI 5000.2 acquisition processes.
- Experience with cyber systems integration and portfolio support.
- Strong background in PPBE/SPAR/POM analysis and recommendations.
- Proven ability to coordinate across HQDA, PEOs, and PMs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing senior-level decision materials.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing BI/SharePoint dashboards or workflow automation tools for portfolio reporting.
- Prior staff experience at HQDA or other DoD headquarters.
