We’re on the hunt for dynamic, high-energy Virtual Acquisition Managers to join our elite real estate sales team. If you’re a rockstar closer with a passion for driving results, this fully virtual role is your chance to shine. You’ll spearhead the acquisition of high-value real estate deals, leveraging your sales prowess to connect with homeowners and Agents and guide them through our innovative Sales Process. This is a fully remote position, you can work from anywhere with an internet connection. We are based out of Miami, but our team is located all across North & Central America.
We are not selling, we're buying. Our team will provide access to our technology stack and our AI system that generates leads every single day. All you have to do is call them, do deep discovery and then make the offer that we prepare for you.
This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential—earn $5,000-$40,000 Per Deal - 40% of Net Profits from a wholesale Transaction. Key Responsibilities
- Engage and Convert Leads: Conduct virtual outreach (calls, SMS, emails) to identify motivated homeowners and build trust through consultative selling.
- Present Winning Offers: Deliver compelling, pre-structured offers provided by our team, using your charisma and negotiation skills to seal the deal.
- Master the Art of the Deal: Learn to identify, structure, and close real estate acquisitions like a pro, from initial contact to final agreement.
- Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools: Use our advanced AI Assisted CRM to track leads, manage interactions, and optimize your sales pipeline for maximum efficiency.
- Follow Up Relentlessly: Drive conversions through strategic follow-ups via phone, email, and text to keep leads warm and engaged.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with a high-performance team to refine virtual sales strategies and boost conversion rates.

Qualifications
- Proven Sales Superstars: Experience in high-stakes sales, ideally in real estate, or direct-to-consumer environments. Virtual sales experience is a major plus.
- Magnetic Communicators: Exceptional ability to build rapport, listen actively, and connect with diverse audiences over virtual platforms.
- Negotiation Ninjas: Strong deal-closing skills with a focus on fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track performance. Technical sales experience is a bonus.
- Outbound Calling Experience: Prior success in cold or warm calling is highly desirable.
