ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for hungry, fearless Territory Sales Managers — not account caretakers, but true market builders. You’ll own your region like it’s your business, knowing every top-performing store, every hot nightlife spot, and every local hub where consumers gather. You’ll be on the ground daily — selling in, activating, and expanding distribution — while uncovering the insights that shape our next moves.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build and own your territory: Identify top-performing stores, establish relationships, and activate new opportunities on a weekly basis.
Sell and grow: Drive distribution, visibility, and sell-through — every placement, reorder, and display counts toward your goals (and your bonus).
Know your market cold: Be the local expert — from where consumers buy their nicotine to the busiest weekend venues for sampling and brand activations.
Activate the streets: Execute field marketing initiatives, events, and guerrilla-style awareness drives that make the brand impossible to ignore.
Collaborate and innovate: Share on-the-ground insights with HQ to shape strategy and improve programs — your feedback will drive real change.
Track results like a pro: Report KPIs, manage store-level data, and ensure visibility, compliance, and consistent brand presence.
Represent the brand with pride: Every store visit, every activation, every new display is a chance to make an impression — both for the brand and yourself.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven hustle: 2–3 years of experience in sales or field marketing (CPG startup or nicotine/vape category preferred).
A builder’s mindset: You’ve grown a territory before and understand what it takes to make noise in a competitive market.
Local intelligence: You know your area — the best-performing stores, high-traffic consumer hubs, and where new customers are waiting.
Confidence & communication: You can walk into any store, bar, or event and build instant rapport.
Resilience: You don’t need micromanagement — you want to prove yourself through results.
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (this is an on-the-road role).
Bonus: Additional language skills or experience in nightlife/event activations.
