Role Description
This is a full time role for a Brand Marketing Specialist located in Atlanta GA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies, managing and promoting the brand, and conducting market research. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing branding initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Develop Brand Identity: Design logos, color palettes, typography, and other visual elements that define and represent a brand's mission and values.
- Create Visual Assets: Produce various designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, packaging, and social media to ensure a consistent brand presence.
- Maintain Brand Guidelines: Establish and enforce brand standards to ensure consistent application of the brand across all company outputs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other creative teams to align on design requirements and brand messaging.
- Stay Current on Trends: Keep up-to-date with design trends and new developments in online, print, and experiential media to produce fresh and engaging designs.
- Present and Refine Designs: Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to achieve brand goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Brand Marketing, Branding, and Brand Development skills
- Marketing and Brand Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience in the textile or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Chinese (Mandarin) language is a plus
