Role: Marketing + E-Commerce Coordinator

About Us:
We’re the team behind two fast-growing indie beauty brands — Skin Gym, known for next-gen skincare tools and wellness innovation, and PaintLab, the playful, trend-forward press-on nail brand redefining beauty routines.
We’re looking for a Marketing + E-Commerce Coordinator to support our day-to-day marketing operations across both brands — someone who thrives in a creative environment, loves organization, and keeps projects running smoothly from idea to launch.

What You’ll Do:- Coordinate marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and product launches across both brands.
- Manage timelines and creative assets including social, email, influencer, and paid media.
- Support with content production days — organizing shot lists, samples, and tracking deliverables.
- Assist with marketing plans for email communication, paid social, and search
- Assist with influencer outreach, gifting coordination, and UGC tracking.
- Maintain marketing calendars, launch trackers, and team task lists.
- Help monitor campaign performance and prepare recaps or reports.
- Collaborate with social, design, and operations teams to ensure everything runs on time and on-brand.
- Update and maintain Shopify sites — add new products, update collections, and refresh banners and homepages.

Who You Are:- 1–3 years of marketing or project coordination experience (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred).
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
- Passionate about digital merchandising, creative campaigns, and product storytelling.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
- Passionate about beauty, content, and staying on top of trends.
- A strong communicator who loves both the creative and operational side of marketing.

Compensation:
For this role, the anticipated base is hourly range of $22-$25 an hour, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity. Plus 401k, health insurance package contribution, pension plan
