Position: MARKETING COORDINATOR
Location: Los Angeles ( this is an in-office role , not remote or hybrid)

With a lean and entrepreneurial team, we’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to support brand campaigns, retail launches, and day-to-day marketing operations. This is an in-office role where you’ll work closely with leadership, our Social Media Manager, and external partners to bring marketing initiatives to life.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across retail, digital, PR, and events. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, resourceful, and eager to learn the inner workings of beauty marketing while making a direct impact on a scaling brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and retail activations.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to align brand campaigns with social initiatives (but not manage daily posting).
- Manage influencer gifting logistics, seeding lists, and track ROI from partnerships.
- Support PR outreach and agency coordination, ensuring press samples and media kits are delivered on time.
- Create copy for email content and packaging if needed.
- Create and maintain marketing calendars, launch timelines, and campaign trackers.
- Help develop creative assets (presentations, sales decks, retail collateral, email copy, etc.).
- Assist in coordinating events, pop-ups, and trade shows, handling vendor communication and logistics.
- Track campaign performance, retail sell-through, and competitive trends; prepare reports and insights.
- Act as a key point of communication between marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Must be comfortable being on-camera for various social media content for the brands
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand management, or related roles (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; skilled in drafting copy for decks, collateral, or campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with influencer/PR platforms (e.g., Launchmetrics, Traackr, Grin) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
