CreativeOPTIC is hiring for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing (remote) team in Los Angeles, California.
As CreativeOPTIC’s Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for leading our publishing arm—making sure content goes live on time, is formatted for each platform, and reflects our brand voice. From scheduling and posting across multiple platforms to social listening and audience engagement, you’ll be the person who keeps the digital engine running smoothly. You are also a brand advocate contributing to the social media strategies, collaborating closely with partners across the organization to heighten awareness of our brand content and drive user engagement through social media channels.

THE ROLE
The ideal candidate will be part Marketing Associate, Social Media Manager and Community Liaison with a passion for the online social experience.
This role requires you to set correct expectations with acute attention to detail, social listening (or just be good at “creeping” lol), stellar communication skills, and a knack for trending things.
You’ll engage with the community by responding to comments and audience reactions charmingly—while opening up new opportunities with new viewers.
The Environment: CreativeOPTIC is a 24-hour network which requires staff who are flexible and available to work various shifts, including early morning, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

MAJOR ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the daily publishing calendar across all major platforms (Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
- Assist in the uploading, formatting, and scheduling of content to ensure timely and consistent posting
- Partnering with writers and designers to bring social campaigns to life cohesively
- Monitoring comments, DMs, and audience interactions while maintaining the CreativeOPTIC brand tone
- Identifying real-time trends and opportunities for brand participation in cultural moments
- Assisting with reporting, analytics, and performance summaries to help refine strategies
- Managing and organizing reusable captions, hashtags, and assets for efficient workflow
- Helping build and maintain a plug-and-play content library for the social team
- Staying up-to-date on social media trends, platform changes, and new features
- Pitching creative campaign ideas, storylines, and collaborations that align with the brand mission
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven social media experience (preferably B2B or internship experience)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the digital and social media landscape (including but not limited to Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics)
- Basic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) preferred
- Self-motivated, positive, creative, innovative thinker and multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time strategically
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Excellent English skills, with superb writing abilities in various diverse styles/tones with accurate spelling and grammar (samples are appreciated)
- A profound comprehension of audiences and what motivates them
- Strict adherence to brand guidelines and company policy
- Extraordinary organizational and learning abilities
- Understanding of influencer, creator, and digital media ecosystems
