Ulike is seeking a creative Social Media Operations Specialist to manage and grow our official brand channels, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. This role will play a key part in shaping Ulike’s voice, building brand affinity, and engaging our global audience. You’ll be responsible for community management, content calendar planning, day-to-day posting, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and content planning across Ulike’s social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin)
- Own the monthly content calendar: plan, schedule, and coordinate timely, on-brand posts
- Write clear, engaging captions and ensure all written and visual content aligns with brand tone
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral moments for relevant content and engagement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g., brand, performance,, design, video, PR, influencer) to source content and support campaigns
- Respond to community comments and DMs with professionalism and appropriate brand personality
- Track KPIs and platform analytics, and prepare regular performance reports with insights and optimizations
- Stay up to date on social media best practices, platform updates, and competitor activity—pitch timely, relevant content opportunities
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience managing day to day operations of brand social media accounts, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to maintain strong visual consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Native or near-native English fluency; strong writing and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience with basic graphic design (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) or short-form video editing tools (CapCut, InShot), and Chinese language ability
