Basic Function
Responsible for assisting the sales team with daily tasks including, but not limited to order entry, showroom maintenance, open issue follow up.
Job Details
ORDER PROCESSING- enter and send orders daily, follow up with confirmations, save in system
CUSTOMER SERVICE- Interfacing with our brands and stores
OPEN ISSUES- Follow up and resolve return requests, payment issues, swaps, late styles, canceled styles, short ships, and substitute styles
SHOWROOM/BACK OFFICE MAINTENANCE- line sheets, samples tagged properly, clean up before and after appts, ordering and organizing supplies, office equipment maintenance
SAVE LINE SHEETS, OPEN TO SELL, LOOK BOOKS
Job Requirements
1-2 year customer service experience
Previous office experience
Bachelor's college degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
$50,000 annual
