**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team with our newspapers - specifically for page design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform or captivate consumers. You will develop the overall layout of newspaper pages using InDesign. No less than 3 years professional experience with InDesign will be considered.
**Responsibilities:**
- Page Layout of News, Sports, Other Color pages. Typically Monday-Wednesday, but that can change near federal holidays and with occasional printing changes.
**Requirements:**
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- 3 Years InDesign experience required
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Ability to illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style
