The Marketing Administrative Assistant provides support to the marketing department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and assisting with the execution of campaigns. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Track marketing metrics and compile reports for campaign performance analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners as needed.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports related to marketing activities.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials, promotional items, and inventory.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience; marketing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
