We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Account Manager to support our largest, high-needs wholesale customers. You will act as the internal advocate and coordinator for key accounts, partnering with Operations, Warehouse, and our production teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of high-needs B2B accounts, ensuring orders ship on time, compliant, and without chargebacks.
- Receive vendor guidelines and create clear shipping guides per customer, including routing, labeling, carton specs, and required documents.
- Build companion guides for Warehouse and for vendors that specify packaging, tags, and any customer-specific requirements.
- Set up products and UPCs in customer portals and keep data accurate.
- Prepare and send customer-required documents.
- Coordinate all sample requests end-to-end, track shipments, and confirm timely delivery.
- Monitor production and inbound timelines, escalate risks, and drive recovery plans to protect ship dates.
- Communicate professionally with sales reps and client contacts, capturing requirements and closing the loop on issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or similar).
- 1+ year of experience in a related role (internships count).
- Strong organization and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), comfort learning portals and EDI tool.
- Detail orientation for labels, barcodes, carton marking, and document accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
