Position Summary:
We are a growing design-build firm specializing in creative, client-focused residential projects. Our team values collaboration, innovation, and attention to detail. We are looking for a skilled remote Estimator to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential design-build projects.
- Utilize Buildertrend to develop, manage, and update project estimates.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to refine budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, vendor quotes, and subcontractor proposals.
Qualifications:
- MUST have experience using Buildertrend for estimating
- Previous experience in estimating within the construction, design-build, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
Work Environment:
- This position is a remote position.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, depending on project needs.
