Our Operations Team provide a high-level service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe. We are currently recruiting NGO Travel Specialists to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced Travel Specialists as well as candidates who are interested in learning the role. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes. Responsibilities of the role include
- A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
- Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
- Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant (desirable not essential)
- Experience of nett fares, including air passes and RTW fares (desirable not essential)
- Good CRS knowledge - Galileo preferable but training can be given
- The ability to achieve individual and team targets
If you’re an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant / NGO Travel Agent and meet the requirements outlined above, we would very much like to hear from you. In return you’ll receive a competitive salary up to USD 56k plus OTE bonus (USD 4k) per annum, 13 vacation days + 5 PTO, work laptop and a range of benefits.
We are interested in speaking to experienced consultants on the East Coast. This is a remote role based in the US and our hours of work are, 4 weeks 8:45am-5:30pm, 1 week 9:30am-6:15pm, 1 week 8 am - 4.45 pm; with 1 weekend shift in every 6 weeks in lieu of a weekday. Should you be successful, this job will start on October 6, 2025.
