ROLE:
We are seeking a Creative Production Intern to assist, grow, and learn about the imaging workflow. You will assist in all aspects of in-house production, helping to ensure a seamless process for producing high-quality images, and manage products for both e-commerce and editorial shoots. You will work side by side with our Senior Creative Producer and Art Direction team. You’ll help run seasonal shoots, manage samples & props, support event organization, scout models, and keep our creative workflow seamless, from e-commerce to editorial.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Photo Production
- Report to the Senior Creative Producer
- Support the Creative Production team on all logistics for seasonal shoots
- Attend product hand-overs and keep updated logs of sample changes, shoot requests, etc.
- Manage and maintain samples and props
- Scout and attend model castings
- Organize shot lists and shoot notes in preparation for all photo shoots
- Travel and attend photo shoots as necessary
Imaging Workflow & Operations
- Learn to use the imagery database to help organize workflows
- Pack and unpack for shoots and events
- Prepare shot lists for photo shoots
- Update sample/image tracking sheets before and after each photo shoot
- Check and update asset metadata after each shoot
Events Organization
- Support venue research, site visits, and general event planning
- Assist in vendor sourcing and coordination
- Provide on-site event support, including setup and breakdown
- Manage and pack inventory of event supplies and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues on the ground and communicate updates to supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA (or currently studying) in Photography, Design, or related field
- Exemplary interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated, collaborative
- Attention to detail, extremely organized, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- “I’ll find a way!” mindset, where you can leverage your autonomy within your role to think outside the box
- Ability to work on-site at our offices in SoHo as well as travel to shoots within NYC
- Knowledge of CaptureOne is a plus!
- Experience in Beauty, Fashion, and E-Commerce is also a plus!
