Titan Partners is seeking an Institutional Equity Sales Associate to join our Sales team who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients and driving sales initiatives. Titan Partners is seeking candidates with a background in sales, an in-depth understanding of public market dynamics and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, including family offices, asset managers, pension funds, hedge funds, and other institutional investors.
Equity Sales: Communicate capital markets opportunities, transactions, insights, and research to clients.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay current with macro trends, economic developments, and market-specific news to provide valuable perspective to clients.
Investment Ideas: Collaborate with research and investment banking teams to develop and market investment opportunities that align with client objectives.
Client Accessibility and Engagement: Must always be accessible. Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Experience: Entry level acceptable, 2+ years of experience in sales preferred
- Licenses / Certifications: SIE, Series 7 & 63 preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
