Responsibilities
- Manage in-store and outside sales activities
- Greet and assist clients in the showroom, identify their needs, and provide tailored design/product solutions
- Conduct client visits to evaluate projects and present proposals
- Meet and exceed sales targets, prepare and maintain sales reports
- Stay up to date with interior design trends, products, and materials
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
- Preferably a degree or background in Interior Design or related field
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving ability with a project-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility for client visits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
