We are seeking intelligent, highly self-motivated Sales Representatives with a proven track record of closing deals to join our high-energy team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for taking company supplied leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for confident, results-driven individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships using company supplied leads, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Consistently close deals to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
1 Year Sales Experience Required
Proven ability to close deals with a strong track record in sales.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated, with a relentless drive to achieve results.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Experience in the Commodities Futures Industry is a plus but not required.
