3D CAD Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Jewelry CAD Designer to join our team on Jewelers Row. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed models using Matrix Gold. It is crucial you have experience using Matrix. As a CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various projects, as well as working with clients on specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD software to create 3D models according to project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop design concepts
- Ensure designs comply with codes standards and specifications
- Proficiency in fine jewelry design.
- Create detailed schematics and technical drawings
- Review designs for errors and make necessary revisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Jewelry or 3D CAD Design
- Proven experience working as a CAD Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and tools such as Matrix, Rhino, and Zbrush
- Strong understanding of how jewelry is made.
- Familiarity with creating detailed schematics and drawings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
