Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Representative to handle inbound and qualified leads, guiding clients through large-value real estate transactions. This position is ideal for sales professionals who thrive on building trust and closing high-ticket deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with pre-qualified, motivated leads—no cold calling required.
- Conduct consultations, present solutions, and close contracts with homeowners and investors.
- Navigate complex transactions with professionalism and integrity.
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain detailed notes and follow-up plans within the CRM.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (real estate or high-ticket sales strongly preferred).
- Proven track record as a strong closer with consultative selling skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and performance-driven.
- Comfortable using technology, CRMs, and virtual communication tools.
