Inside Sales Representative – Medical Supplies | MAP Medical (Chicagoland located w/ National Customer Base)
Location: Chicagoland Area | Compensation: $52K Draw + Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for a Chicagoland-based Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team to help manage our national customer base and incoming leads. This is an ideal opportunity for someone just beginning or early in their career – you should be ambitious, curious, coachable, and excited to build a book of business that has uncapped earning potential (previous experience in B2B sales is a plus but not required).

What You’ll Do:
- Build on existing customer relationships with tremendous upside earning potential
- Follow up on inbound leads and quotes generated through the MAP Medical website and marketing funnels
- Act as a trusted advisor and concierge to purchasing, supply chain, and materials managers at healthcare facilities
- Manage order flow, follow-through, and customer retention — with the full support of our operations team
- Learn how to effectively sell in short and long-term cycles with a focus on building long-term relationships, not just transactions
Note: This is a combination relationship-driven, quote-to-close role AND a cold call outbound role

- 1-5 year track record of success in B2B sales is a plus but not mandatory
