The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing, commission-based Sales Representative to represent The Davani Group in the ultra-luxury construction and design market.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with experience selling custom architectural materials, luxury building products, or high-end design services.

What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, landscape architects, general contractors, and developers in the luxury market.
- Present and sell The Davani Group’s custom solutions, tailoring each experience to the client’s design vision.
- Deliver concierge-level service, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s exclusivity and artistry.
- Manage the complete sales process — from prospecting to contract — with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and client data through CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Collaborate closely with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Represent The Davani Group at industry events, trade shows, and private client presentations.

- Proven sales success in ultra-luxury custom construction, architectural surfaces, or high-end building materials.
- A refined, confident communicator with a strong existing network in the design and build community.
- CRM proficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Polished, articulate, and highly professional — able to build trust with elite clientele.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional follow-through and integrity.
- A passion for design, craftsmanship, and the art of client experience.
Compensation & Incentives
- Commission-Only Structure, tied directly to project margins.
- Tiered commission levels typically ranging from 5%–15%, with higher tiers for high-margin or high-volume sales.
- Uncapped earnings potential for top performers.
