Our client, a globally recognized and fast-paced apparel company, is seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Marketing to join their North America Marketing team in New York City! This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for fashion, marketing, and brand storytelling to contribute to impactful campaigns and creative initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sr. Director of Marketing and wider team in the execution of marketing campaigns, retail initiatives, and brand activations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between creative, merchandising, and retail teams.
- Track budgets, invoices, and vendor communications for ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and recaps for internal and external partners.
- Help organize photoshoots, events, and campaign logistics as needed.
- Maintain marketing materials and assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to enhance brand storytelling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative and collaborative spirit — a true team player who takes ownership and follows through.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities and project needs.
