Event Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for an Event Operations Coordinator to join our team! Someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of events and loves making sure every moving part lands exactly where it should.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the operational flow of events once they’re booked; from prep to execution.
- Communicate daily with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timelines are met and event setups are prepped, packed, and ready to roll.
- Place and track orders for event supplies, décor, and rentals.
- Support fabrication and testing of event builds or custom installations.
- Manage inventory levels and quality checks before each event.
- Create and maintain setup checklists and event logistics documents.
- Occasionally act as the on-site project manager for select events, ensuring smooth setup, client satisfaction, and efficient breakdown.
Who You Are
- Highly organized, hands-on, and detail-obsessed!!!
- A problem-solver who can pivot fast and stay calm when things go sideways (because they will).
- Comfortable managing small teams and coordinating across departments.
- Familiar with event logistics, décor production, or warehouse operations (bonus if you’ve worked in event design or planning).
