Carpet To Go Flooring of Charleston is searching for a self-motivated, ambitious flooring sales professional to join our team.
We are looking for hard working and driven people that are committed to providing top shelf customer service. You should approach this position aggressively and be willing to put in hard work to build your account base. You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize proficiently. It is also important that you display excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
As an Flooring Sales team member, you will be responsible for prospecting for new business and selling retail customers. You will be helping customer make selections, traveling to the home to take measurements and completing the sales transaction.
This position is paid a base salary plus commissions. Your earnings will be a direct result of your efforts. You can expect to earn between $50,000-$80,000.
To perform well in this role, you must have excellent customer service skills in order to present product options that meet the customer’s needs with the ability to overcome objections.
