ABOUT THE ROLE:
Global Dining Venue & Product Marketing Team is seeking a Product Marketing Analyst who combines analytical rigor with creativity and organization. In this role, you will support go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Resy and Tock’s suite of digital products and solutions, helping drive venue growth, engagement, and retention across our global dining ecosystem.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping product marketing strategy, managing GTM campaign execution, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Data, and Design teams to help deliver compelling product storytelling and clear value communication — helping hospitality partners fully understand and adopt the innovative tools that power the American Express Global Dining Network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help drive product merchandising for new and existing features by creating compelling content, assets, and placements that highlight product value.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, overseeing compliant deployments to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned delivery.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Product Marketing to align campaign strategy and communications with product roadmaps and key marketing priorities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and its impact on product adoption and metrics to generate insights that improve marketing effectiveness.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to interpret usage data and identify opportunities to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Ensure messaging consistency across acquisition, lifecycle, and in-product channels through cross-functional collaboration.
- Support the development of sales enablement tools, such as decks, one-pagers, and FAQs, that effectively communicate product value and differentiation.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform positioning, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Maintain and organize product marketing documentation and materials, including internal briefs, launch recaps, and reporting templates.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing analytics, or go-to-market execution, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or hospitality organization.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and identify opportunities within white space.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable working cross-functionally across Product, Design, and Marketing teams.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Curiosity and passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry, with an interest in how marketing drives product adoption and customer engagement.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Are passionate about connecting technology, product, and marketing to deliver meaningful value to hospitality partners.
- Enjoy managing complex projects, staying organized, and ensuring teams stay aligned and on track.
- Enjoy using data and insights to optimize campaigns, enhance performance, and drive product adoption.
- Are a proactive and collaborative communicator who enjoys solving problems and creating structure in fast-moving environments.
- Are excited to help restaurants and hospitality venues discover, adopt, and benefit from the tools that power the American Express Global Dining Network.
- Help drive product merchandising for new and existing features by creating compelling content, assets, and placements that highlight product value.
- Maintain and organize product marketing documentation and materials, including internal briefs, launch recaps, and reporting templates.
