Full-time friendly, customer service oriented Tier 1 Service Coordinator needed for our growing award-winning IT Services Company.
On Call Computer Solutions is seeking an outgoing friendly customer service focused Service Coordinator to assist with answering telephones, coordinating service ticket requests and leads, as well as occasional assistance with basic technical support tasks such as password resets and remote assistance with minor technical issues.
The ideal candidate should have the following characteristics and experience:
- A strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Be willing to work within Standard Operating Procedures and follow directions precisely
- Have previous dispatch/service coordination experience
- Understand what it takes to deliver an amazing customer service experience over the phone and have a customer service first attitude and be a champion for our clients
- Have a genuine interest in technology
- Have excellent communication skills – teamwork in our company is critical to success
- Exhibit great attention to detail and be comfortable with technology
- Know how to handle challenging or upset customers, calm them down, and assist in getting them the solutions they desire
- Have reliable transportation to and from work. The workday begins at 8:30 AM and ends at 5:30 PM with an hour break for lunch
- A strong desire to learn and advance within the IT Field.
- CompTIA A+ strongly preferred
This position is fully remote, with the requirement of a working, stable internet connection (No Hotspots, must be 100MB or better). This position will also require a quiet, dedicated workspace free of distractions during normal business hours. On Call Computer Solutions will provide all company equipment, including company shirts, for you to perform your job duties with. This position does have a career track and opportunity to move up and learn more. Our company offers free training and pre-approved certification reimbursement in order to help grow your skills and advance.
This position has a salary of $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year depending on experience. Candidates are eligible for benefits after a 90 day probation period and retirement after one year of service. There is also bonus potential available for performance over and above required job duties.
