Position Overview

The Web Experience & Growth Manager will own and optimize AAGlobal.com to become a powerful digital growth engine. This role blends technical, creative, and analytical expertise to improve website performance, enhance the user experience, increase organic traffic, and drive online revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Ownership

Manage all content, navigation, and UX across AAGlobal.com
Ensure accuracy of product listings, site merchandising, and product hierarchy
Continuously optimize for site speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure site reflects current promotions, launches, and campaigns

Organic Growth & SEO

Develop and execute a results-driven SEO strategy to grow qualified traffic
Optimize metadata, internal linking, image alt text, and product content for discoverability
Conduct keyword research and monitor search engine performance
Stay current on SEO trends and algorithm changes

Conversion Optimization

Analyze user behavior to identify and eliminate friction points
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversions
Enhance the customer journey from landing to checkout to drive lead generation and AOV

Content & Campaign Integration

Align landing pages and product stories with marketing campaigns
Showcase licensed and exclusive collections (e.g., ICEE, Dippin’ Dots, Old Bay)
Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all web content

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and report on KPIs: traffic, bounce rate, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution
Create dashboards to visualize trends and track ROI
Provide actionable insights to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams

Qualifications

5–7 years in web management, SEO/SEM, or digital optimization
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (required)
Google Analytics (GA4) certified; familiar with SEMrush or similar tools
Strong grasp of SEO, UX, and CRO best practices
Experience with A/B testing platforms and data visualization tools
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
High attention to detail and ability to convert data into strategy
