Largitor is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of environmental science and regulatory projects.
This position provides overall program direction, resource management, and technical coordination across multiple project teams focused on water quality, environmental health, and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary environmental projects.
- Lead program scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Manage diverse technical staff and subcontractors to meet project goals.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Facilitate team meetings, progress reviews, and internal reporting.
- Implement best practices for project risk management and documentation.
- Support proposal development and resource planning for upcoming projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (minimum) in Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental project or program management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary scientific or technical teams.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
