The Customer Event Trainee will play a key role in representing AT&T, connecting with customers, and executing retail-based initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Customer Event Trainee Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing detailed, knowledgeable sales support regarding products and services in a retail environment
- Address retail sales inquiries, resolve concerns, and overcome objections while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain organized, up-to-date records
- Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our AT&T service offerings to proactively support and advise customers on sales that fit their needs
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Event Trainee team members on retail strategy sessions, sales training programs, and leadership-led workshops to refine retail sales techniques and build professional insight
Customer Event Trainee Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales. Direct experience as a Customer Event Trainee is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-directed with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative settings.
- Comfortable navigating high-volume, fast-paced environments with attention to detail and efficiency.
- A disciplined work ethic, strong sense of initiative, and eagerness for ongoing personal and career development.
