Leadenhall Search and Selection are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE backed advisory firm in the US. They are seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to support process improvements and technology initiatives that modernize finance operations. You’ll support project delivery by performing research, gathering data, and analyzing current-state processes. .
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation projects from assessment through implementation.
- Improve processes across FP&A, close, consolidation, AP/AR.
- Support ERP/EPM and automation tool deployments.
- Develop business cases, roadmaps, and change management plans.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years in finance operations or consulting.
- Foundational knowledge of core finance processes and systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Anaplan, etc.).
- Strong communication skills.
