Hybrid: 3 days in office at 1NYP (* Wednesdays are mandated to be in office *)
Required:
- Bachelor's
- Interest in finance OR 1-3 years’ experience with finance MAX
- Ability to work Operational hours starting at 8:00 A.M. local time, including occasional weekends and overtime when needed
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, operating in a demanding and fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and personal accountability
- Convey disciplined work ethic and have an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude while delivering white collar service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences
- Adaptable team player
- Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
- Ability to proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives

Responsibilities:
- Should have interest or familiarity in one or more of the following: AML/KYC, Cash Management, Loan Servicing, Regulatory Reporting, Business Management, Projects, Wealth Management and Client Services.
- Support the LAL Telephone Hotline by responding to field inquiries such loan status, outstanding issues, and documenting the nature of the phone calls
- Meet Phone Performance Metrics such as Average Phone Handle Times, Quality/ Accuracy, Professionalism, Adherence to Phone Script
- Review loan application and servicing requests to ensure appropriate information has been provided to conduct a review within Service Level Agreements
- Communicate all missing information needed to progress the loans in the Pipeline
- Reconcile and process monetary transactions as needed including the review of daily reports
- Cross train and be willing to learn new functions outside of your immediate scope in order to flex and provide coverage as needed
- Train other new team members once you become proficient
- Ability to accomplish shared goals of the department and the bank
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
