The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who wants to own real features end to end from drafting requirements to seeing them live in production. You’ll join a small, fast moving team where you’ll learn by doing and ship work that matters.
This is a hands on role for someone who thrives on momentum writing clear specs, iterating with engineers, catching bugs before they ship, analyzing usage data, and doing whatever it takes to get the right things built right. You’ll have visibility across our stack, from prompt engineering to analytics, and a chance to influence both our core platform and new product initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Own feature delivery from ideation through launch turning ideas, feedback, and data into clear, actionable product requirements
- Maintain a clean, prioritized backlog and ensure tickets are scoped, organized, and ready for engineering
- Partner with engineering and design to build, test, and ship reliable, high quality features
- Run QA, regression, and design reviews to catch issues early and uphold a best in class product standard
- Analyze product usage data to surface insights and influence what we build next
- Participate in roadmap planning by contributing learnings from data, users, and the market
- Build & iterate on AI features through prompts, testing & evals to refine Courted’s workflows and outputs
- Craft crisp, user focused messaging around new features and product launches
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to activate new users and drive adoption
What You Bring
- 1 3 years of experience in product management or product adjacent roles, ideally with startups in the B2B SaaS space
- Strong execution skills you know how to move a feature from idea to launch
- Excellent written communication and organizational habits
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Metabase, Heap, and Intercom
- Curiosity about AI and data driven products you like understanding how things actually work
- A builder’s mindset comfortable getting hands on, prototyping, and figuring things out
- A bias toward clarity, momentum, and finishing what you start

The Details
- The team is NYC based and in office 3 4 days per week
- Salary range: $100,000 $120,000
- Health insurance, including dental and vision

This salary range represents the minimum and maximum for this role based in New York, NY. The salary given for this position depends on multiple factors, including experience, interview performance, and anticipated responsibilities of the role. Base salary is one component of Courted’s competitive total package, which also includes retirement savings, premium health and wellness benefits, lunches in office, and more.
