About The RoleYour job is to ensure teachers and students adopt and love Kira’s platform, while translating their feedback and insights into product evolution.
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product, growth, and customer success. This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” customer role - it’s a strategic position for someone who loves to think deeply about product-market fit, solve hard problems, and deliver transformative experiences to customers using AI.
What You’ll Do- Deliver strategic implementations: diagnose customer workflows, identify friction points, and design solutions that maximize impact using Kira’s AI platform.
- Be as a product consultant: analyze adoption metrics, run pilots, test hypotheses, and collaborate with product and engineering to iterate rapidly.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner: advise school district leaders on how to integrate AI effectively into their workflows and strategy.
- Own customer outcomes: define success metrics, measure performance, and ensure each customer sees measurable value and delightful experiences.

- Experience in customer success, consulting, product strategy, or operations within tech or SaaS environments is a plus - but what matters most is your horsepower, clarity of thought, and drive for excellence.

Compensation & Benefits- Competitive compensation and equity. For applicants in the US, the salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000, depending on relevant considerations like professional experience and related skillsets.
