Job Overview
As a Silk Screen Printer, you will be at the forefront of transforming creative designs into stunning printed products. Your expertise in screen printing will bring life to various materials, ensuring high-quality results that meet our clients' expectations. You will collaborate closely with designers and clients to understand their vision and execute it flawlessly, all while utilizing cutting-edge technology and techniques.
What you’ll do
- Set up and operate screen printing machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Our shop is M&R equipment based.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret artwork and prepare screens for printing.
- Monitor the printing process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain color accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct quality checks on printed materials, ensuring they meet established standards before final production.
- Maintain equipment and workspace, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime.
Basic qualifications
- Proficiency in screen printing techniques with a strong attention to detail.
- M & R equipment experience preferred.
