Duties:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or experience in a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools
- Knowledge of advertising principles and techniques across various channels
- Familiarity with social media marketing platforms and strategies
- Excellent research skills to gather market insights and competitor analysis
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and strategies
- Responsibilities include Attending Medical and veterinary conferences where the company exhibits. These are three to four-day events, and all expenses are covered.

Base Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
