Position Overview
Are you a self-motivated sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? This is a commission-only position for someone who is willing to bet on themselves and has a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business clients and nurturing existing relationships within the beverage, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our diverse beverage offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure potential business clients through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the beverage industry, adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the unique benefits of our product offerings.
- ERP and CRM Management: Utilize ERP systems for order processing and inventory management, and CRM software to track client interactions and manage leads. Familiarity with Badger Mapping is a plus.
- Territory Management: Efficiently manage your assigned territory, maximizing sales opportunities while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively across all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively in a team environment, sharing insights and strategies to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in outside sales, with a strong preference for candidates with copier sales experience.
- ERP Experience: Proficiency in ERP systems is mandatory for order processing and inventory management.
- CRM Experience: Proficiency in CRM software is mandatory; experience with Badger Mapping is highly desirable.
- Territory Management: Proven ability to effectively manage sales territories, demonstrating strong organizational skills and strategic planning.
- Communication Skills: Must be well-spoken and able to communicate effectively across all levels of stakeholders.
- Team Player: Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and demonstrate impeccable punctuality and follow-up skills.
- Results-Driven: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing a strong drive for success.
- Adaptability: Comfort with a commission-only compensation model and the willingness to embrace the challenges it presents.
