Candidates must have and enjoy the following characteristics:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication + follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented + organized
- Concentration in design & space planning is preferable
- Home improvement/interiors experience is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Coachable — willing to learn our proven system
- Comfortable developing long-term client relationships + referrals
- Effective in networking with Trade Associations and Charitable Groups
- Develop your own portfolio of clients
- Tech proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM) required. CAD is a plus.
